Title: Flame of Life
The purpose of the work was to create a dress that symbolized the flame of life. It was specifically focused on exploring the __EXPRESSION__ of life that has changeable rhythm and fighting spirit.
Draping and wrapping technique using a bias grain was used to make the one-piece dress. The several square pieces with bias grain in the hemline were added for flaring effect. The interlocking technique was used for making rhythmical texture on the surface, which expresses the concepts of sensuality, splendid and brilliant.
